It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Your doctor may advice for regular monitoring of sodium levels, as it may reduce the sodium levels in your blood (hyponatremia). Inform your doctor if you are taking oral contraceptive pills as this medicine reduces their levels in the body.
