It is a combined drug composed of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol (pain relieving medicines), and Chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant). The medicines help to relieve pain acts by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers released by the brain that cause inflammation (swelling and redness) and pain. The muscle relaxant acts on the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) to relieve muscle spasms and stiffness, hence improving muscular movement.
