Do I need to stop clopidogrel if I am taking Hirepa?

You should inform your doctor and take his advice. If you cannot avoid using clopidogrel with Hirepa, take 0.5 mg Hirepa before each meal. The total daily dose should not be more than 4 mg. Monitor your blood sugar levels more frequently.
