Dermiford Cream is formulated by combining five medicines Ketoconazole, Clobestasol, Clioquinol, Neomycin, and Tolnaftate. Ketoconazole and tolnaftate act by destroying the bacterial cell membrane or by killing the bacteria. Clioquinol acts by interacting with DNA synthesis thus killing the infection-causing fungi. Neomycin is an antibiotic that interrupts bacterial growth by blocking the synthesis of crucial proteins that bacteria need to perform various vital functions. Clobetasol is a steroidal preparation that showcases its activities by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers that promote sin redness, make it itchy, and swell.

• Apply this drug only to the affected areas; if you accidentally get the cream in your eyes or mouth, wash it immediately with water.
