- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Letrogest 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

In cases where Letrogest is given after tamoxifen (another anti-estrogen used for breast cancer) or surgery, it should be given for 5 years or until tumor comes back, whichever is first. It can also be given as a sequential treatment 2 years of Letrogest followed by 3 years of tamoxifen.
