Lupila-D Capsule should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Lupila-D Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Lupila-D Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lupila-D Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Lupila-D Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lupila-D Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Lupila-D Capsule is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
Lupila-D Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Ilaprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Ilaprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
