It is an anti hypertensive drug. It is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs. It helps improve exercising ability, the quality of life, and delays disease progression in pulmonary arterial hypertension.

It is an endothelin receptor blocker. It relaxes the blood vessels in the lungs, reducing blood pressure and making it easier for blood to flow through the arteries.

Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.

Macirol 10mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Macirol 10mg Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
