Amoxicillin kills bacteria by interfering with cell wall synthesis, preventing bacterial growth. Clavulanic Acid protects Amoxicillin from bacterial enzymes (beta-lactamases) that would otherwise make it ineffective. Together, they provide enhanced bacterial coverage, especially against resistant strains.
Respiratory Tract Infections (RTIs) – Infections of the throat, lungs, and sinuses, including pneumonia, bronchitis, and tonsillitis. Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) – Bacterial infections affecting the bladder, kidneys, or urethra, causing pain and frequent urination. Skin & Soft Tissue Infections – Infections from cuts, wounds, or insect bites, leading to swelling, redness, and pus formation.
