How Moxy Mucolite 500 mg/60 mg Tablet works
Moxy Mucolite 500 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin and Ambroxol which treat respiratory tract infections associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Amoxycillin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Ambroxol enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxycillin.
How To Use Moxy Mucolite 500 mg/60 mg Tablet
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Moxy Mucolite 500 mg/60 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
