It is prepared from the combination of three medicines: Miconazole, Clobetasol, and Neomycin. Miconazole is an antifungal by interfering with the growth of fungi, preventing them from forming their protective covering. Neomycin is an antibiotic that inhibits the growth of bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins that are necessary for bacteria to perform vital functions.
