This pharmaceutical preparation has been prepared by combining three active ingredients Clotrimazole, Neomycin, and Beclometasone. Neomycin is an antibiotic that inhibits the growth of bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins that are necessary for bacteria to perform vital functions. Clotrimazole is an active constituent that acts by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis (a crucial component in the formation of cell membranes by fungus). This disturbance leads to an increase in the permeability of the cell membrane due to which components present inside the membrane start leaking out and ultimately cause cell death and infection resolution. Beclometasone is a corticosteroid that lowers inflammation and eases allergic symptoms.

• Use it as per the advice given by your doctor.
• This is used externally only.
• Apply it to the affected ear 3-4 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
• The doctor suggests your dose and duration after looking at the severity of the condition, age, and body weight, so do not change the dose yourself.

• Do not use if there is a perforated eardrum or discharge from the ear unless directed by a healthcare provider.
