Nicofer Syrup is a hematinic agent, that promotes the formation of blood cells. It is used to treat & prevent anemia.
- It contains a combination of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid (vitamin B9), & iron (ferric ammonium citrate) as its active ingredient.
- It is a dietary supplement that promotes the replenishment of the reduced levels of folic acid, iron, and vitamin B12.
- Folic acid, vitamin B12, and iron are the essential nutrients required for the formation of blood cells and a lack of them can lead to anemia.
How Nicofer Syrup 200ml works
Nicofer Syrup 200ml contains Folic acid, Ferric ammonium citrate, and Cyanocobalamin. Folic acid helps raise hemoglobin levels in females and increases the amount of folate iron in pregnant women. Ferric ammonium citrate is an iron supplement; a major component required for the synthesis of hemoglobin. Cyanocobalamin synthesized from Vit B12 helps to promote the production of red blood cells.
