It is a combined formulation composed of Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine maleate, paracetamol, and Caffeine effective in treating several symptoms of common cold. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction. Caffeine is a stimulant that reduce the laziness cause due to cetirizine. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and cause inflammation.
