Norgel O Syrup

Norgel O Syrup is identified as an antacid formulation designed to mitigate symptoms such as acid reflux, heartburn, dyspepsia, gastritis, and upset stomach. These issues can arise when there's an erosion of the stomach's protective mucous layer caused by overproduction of gastric acid. 

In this formulation, three therapeutic elements are present: Aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and oxetacaine.
