This medicine has been formulated to provide relief from acidity, stomach ulcers, and heartburn It provides relief from pain and irritation in the stomach It helps in neutralizing the pH by releasing the excessive gas present in the stomach
If a patient has liver damage, use this medication with caution; speak with your doctor.
Steer clear of alcohol as it can aggravate symptoms by producing more stomach acid.
Usually, this drug has little effect on one's ability to drive.
Patients with renal impairment should use this medication cautiously as extended usage may alter electrolyte balance.
This combination contains two antacids (Magnesium and Aluminium Hydroxide) and one local anaesthetic (Oxetacaine), along with an antifoaming agent like Dimethicone. These antacids neutralize the excessive stomach acid present in the stomach and Oxetacaine produce a numbing effect and provide relief from pain caused due to stomach injury and stomach ulcers. Dimethicone facilitates the easy passing of gas by disintegrating the gas bubbles.
