Oflo DM Eye Drop is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.<BR>To reduce the amount of Oflo DM Eye Drop that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
Oflo DM Eye Drop may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Oflo DM Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Beclometasone which treat eye infection. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. This treats your infection. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
