Onstair-O Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Onstair-O Tablet is recommended.
Onstair-O Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Onstair-O Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>A lower dose may be advised in patients with liver disease and who have to take this medicine for a long time.
Onstair-O Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and Omeprazole. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
