Clobetasol works by binding cytoplasmic glucocorticoid receptors. Ofloxacin works by blocking bacterial DNA replication through binding itself to enzyme called DNA gyrase. Ornidazole acts on DNA gyrase and toposiomerase IV and prevent the supercoiling and replication. Terbinafine can inhibit the squalene epoxidase and prevent the formation of ergosterol caused due to weakening of cell and fungal cells.
