Pamagin Total Tablet 10s is formulated to combat the symptoms of cough and common cold. The medicine is effective in getting rid of symptoms of common cold like sneezing, runny nose, coughing, and nose congestion.
Consuming alcohol with this medicine increases the risk of side effects. Contact your doctor for more information.
Caution should be exercised with this tablet if you’re pregnant.
If you’re breastfeeding, consult your doctor before starting the treatment.
It hampers attention and makes you feel sleepy and dizzy. Avoid driving if these symptoms appear.

It is a combined formulation composed of Nimesulide, Phenylephrine, Cetirizine, and Caffeine effective in treating several symptoms of common cold. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent having pain relieving properties. Cetrizine is an antihistaminic agent works by inhibiting the release of specific chemical messengers that cause allergic reactions like itching and inflammation. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that opens up the blocked nose by narrowing small blood vessels. Caffeine is a stimulant that reduce the laziness cause due to cetirizine.
Use medicine as you remember to take. If next dose is approaching, skip the missed Dose. Do not double up for the compensation of missed Dose. If you miss dose frequently than consult your Doctor.
