Parasafe Tender Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Parasafe Tender Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
It is not known whether Parasafe Tender Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Parasafe Tender Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Parasafe Tender Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Parasafe Tender Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and racemethionine which relieve pain and fever. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Racemethionine is an amino acid which promotes the production of cartilage (soft tissue around the joints) leading to joint repair.
