How Perigard-D 4mg/1.25mg Tablet works
This combination medicine is composed of two active ingredients: Perindopril Erbumine inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and reduces the production of angiotensin II resulting in dilatation of the blood vessels and decreased blood pressure. Indapamide; a thiazide-containing diuretic promotes diuresis by reducing sodium reabsorption in the kidneys and ultimately lowers blood pressure.

- The entire medicine can be consumed in one go without breaking, chewing or crushing it.
- Take it daily at a fixed time and it is your choice to take it before or after food.
