Phexibid 250mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefalexin and Probenecid. Cefalexin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Probenecid is a uricosuric medicine which increases the effectiveness of cefadroxil by decreasing its passage through urine.

- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Phexibid 250mg/250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
