Pilcain Oral Gel is a combination of a local anesthetic (Oxetacaine/Oxethazaine) and two antacids (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium). The anesthetic provides fast relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach on account of its numbing effect. The antacids neutralize the excess acid in the stomach, thereby relieving acidity and heartburn.
Take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose.
