Plegiocard Injection is a combination of three medicines: Magnesium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride and Procaine. Magnesium Carbonate and Potassium Chloride replenish salt and electrolyte levels. Procaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain.
