Primiwal 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Primiwal 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Primiwal 2 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Primiwal 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Primiwal 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two hormonal medicines: Estradiol and Sildenafil. Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It works by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the latter is deficient. Sildenafil is a vasodilator which widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the uterus.
