It is an anti cholinergic drug. It is used to treat common cold symptoms, including headache, sore throat, runny nose, muscular pain, and fever.
It combines Paracetamol for pain and fever relief, Pseudoephedrine to ease nasal congestion by narrowing blood vessels, and Triprolidine for alleviating allergy symptoms like runny nose and watery eyes.
Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with this drug.
It may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
It is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Caution is advised when driving or operating machinery.
It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of this drug may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of this drug is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of this drug may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Recofast Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
