This medicine is a pharmaceutical preparation which has been prepared by combining two medicines: Tamsulosin and Dutasteride. Tamsulosin is an alpha receptor blocking ingredient that relaxes the muscles present around the bladder exit and prostate gland and facilitates urine to pass easily. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase enzyme inhibitor that reduces the levels of the hormone that causes the prostate gland to enlarge by shrinking the prostate gland.
