This medicine is a combination of Rosuvastatin and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin lowers lipid levels by blocking the enzyme that breaks down cholesterol. It improves the level of good cholesterol in the body by reducing bad cholesterol and triglycerides. Aspirin is an NSAID that has anti-platelet action, preventing platelets from sticking together and preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. Disease Explanation
