Salactin Paint is a mixture of salicylic acid and lactic acid. Salactin solution removes corns and warts quickly, painlessly without scarring the skin. Salicylic acid has keratolytic property, it brings about lyses, that is a breakdown of the keratin layer. Lactic acid enchances availability of salicylic acid from the dried collodion by helping to break down the surface of the skin. It is useful in the removal of common warts, plantar and mosaic warts, corns and calluses.
