Seroflo 50 Inhaler 120mdi is a combined drug having Fluticasone propionate and Salmeterol. Fluticasone Propionate is a corticosteroid. Salmeterol helps to dilate the bronchioles and relieve the muscles in the airways by widening the path. It acts by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for causing inflammation (swelling) of the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
