Siprid MPS 10mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cisapride and Methylpolysiloxane. Cisapride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Methylpolysiloxane is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
