Telmisartan is a angiotension receptor blocker which block the action of angiotension II results in relaxation and widen the blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which widens and relax the blood vessels. Hydrochlorthiazide is a diuretic that prevents fluid retension by removing excess electrolytes and water from body.
