How Telsar CH 40mg/6.25mg Tablet 10s works

Chlorthalidone is effective in the treatment of hypertension due to its diuretic properties. It enhances the effect of anti-hypertensive drugs during severe hypertension. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that blocks the vasoconstrictor including the aldosterone secretory effect caused by angiotensin II.
