How Toba DM Eye Drops 10ml works
This formulation is prepared from the combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin. Dexamethasone is a steroidal preparation that relieves eye redness, itchiness and swelling by blocking the production of prostaglandin (a chemical messenger). Tobramycin is an antibiotic that stops bacterial growth in the eyes by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins that are necessary for the vital functions of bacteria.
How To Use Toba DM Eye Drops 10ml
- This medicine is used only externally
- If the medicine ever gets into your nose, wash your eyes and mouth immediately with plenty of water
- You have to follow the instructions given by the doctor, follow the dose and duration
- Read the label carefully to know how to use
- Place the dropper near your eyes and without touching any surface, inject the medicine directly into the eye
- Press the dropper and inject the medicine into the lower eyelid
- Wipe off excess liquid with a clean tissue
