This pharmaceutical formulation is a combination of four medicines which is effective in the treatment of dry cough.
It can provide temporary relief from cough by reducing allergic symptoms like throat irritation, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling (in eyes, nose, throat), and sneezing.
How Torex Tablet 10s works
Torex Tablet 10s contains a combination of four active ingredients namely, Bromhexine, Chlorpheniramine, Guaifenesin, and Thorphan. Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent which loosens and thin mucus in the Airways and makes it easier to cough up and clear. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant which assists to remove out mucus from the respiratory tract. Chlorpheniramine inhibits histamine, which relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itching. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction.
How To Use Torex Tablet 10s
- It should be taken as per the time and dose prescribed by the doctor.
- You can take it without eating food or even after eating food, but take it at a same time every day.
