Turbovas 20 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called ‘Statins’. It is effective in lowering down the cholesterol level in the body and alleviates the risk of heart disease. 

  • Cholesterol is a fatty substance that accumulates in your blood vessels, causing them to narrow and potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. Rosuvastatin inhibits an enzyme that your body needs to produce cholesterol.
  • This medicine is prescribed widely by the healthcare professionals and is considered to be safe even when used in long run. You can take it at any time of the day but taking it at the same time will have more effect.
  • Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor as it may pose the risk of heart disease and stroke.
