Urimab 0.4mg Tablet 15s is prescribed to help men with symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate, medically termed as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Tamsulosin eases the muscles in the prostate and bladder opening, which may improve urine flow and reduce symptoms. However, it does not reduce the size of the prostate. Over time, the prostate might continue to enlarge, making symptoms worse. Surgery might be necessary in the future despite using tamsulosin to manage current symptoms.
Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urinary flow and reduce BPH Syndrome.
