How XTPara Cold Tablet 10s works
This formulation has been prepared from the combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen Chlorpheniramine inhibits histamine, which relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itching. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that makes breathing easier by treating swelling and congestion by contracting the blood vessels present in the nasal passages. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and cause inflammation.

- The medication can be taken with or without meals
- As directed by your healthcare practitioner, adhere to the dose recommended
- Never exceed the suggested dosage
- Do not masticate, pulverize, and shatter the drug
