Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 2 working days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions apply:
The item is different from what was ordered
The item is defective or physically damaged
Some parts or accessories are missing
To be eligible for a return and refund, a video of the unboxing is mandatory. This video must clearly show the shipping label, unopened package, and the full process of opening the box. Requests without this proof may not be accepted
2. Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
The items received do not match the prescription or order
The items are defective or physically damaged
Medicines must be returned in full and in their original condition, including the box, strips, and packaging.
3. Conditions for Acceptable Returns
All returned items must be:
In their original condition and unused
Returned with original price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and manufacturer packaging
Properly sealed and not tampered with
In the case of medicines, strips must be intact, and the original box and label must be preserved
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable products
Products that have been unsealed and are sensitive to health and hygiene
Personal hygiene products.
Items marked as 'non-returnable' on the product or category detail page
5. How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return request, contact our Customer Care team within 5 working days of delivery by either:

Our team will provide instructions on how and where to return the items. Depending on your location, options may include courier pickup or drop-off at a designated Dawaa Dost store. All options may not be available in all areas, and our team will assist in identifying the most convenient return method.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by Dawaa Dost. Customers are advised to ensure the package is securely sealed and shipped via a reliable courier.
6. Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original method of paymen
For cash-on-delivery orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund in case of damage or signs of improper handling of the returned items. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or credit note instead of a refund.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are approved by our team by signing into your account and navigating to the order history section. If the order status is not processed yet, you may cancel it directly.
For cancellations after the order is approved, please contact Customer Care. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy outlined above will apply.
